Processing of data (customer and contract data)

We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. Membership data

The data collected upon joining the association will remain stored until January of the following year after termination of membership. The purpose of this is to allow re-entry into the association within the calendar year. After termination, the status is first changed to "guest" and the data is then deleted in January of the following year.

Newsletter data/mailing list

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website or the mailing lists of the regulars' tables, we require your email address and information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided at and that you agree to receive the newsletter/mailing list. Further data is not collected or is collected on a voluntary basis only. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

The data entered in the newsletter registration form/mailing list form is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). The data you provide for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter/mailing list will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter/mailing list and will be deleted after you unsubscribe from the newsletter/mailing list. Data stored by us for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the member area) remains unaffected by this.

This website does not integrate any third-party services or content for analysis or advertising purposes.

Google Maps

This site uses the Google Maps map service via an API. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
